Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MNDP Games ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games, including Perfect Husband (the "Games"), and this website.

1. Who we are

MNDP Games is an independent game developer operating as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. We are the data controller for the purposes described in this policy.

2. Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts through the Games.

Your game progress and settings (for example, chosen language and completed episodes) are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message and use them only to reply to you.

3. Advertising

The Games are free to play and show optional rewarded ads. We use AppLovin MAX to serve ads, and AppLovin may work with partner ad networks. These providers may automatically collect and process information such as:

• advertising identifier (for example, Google Advertising ID);
• device and system information (model, operating system, language, screen size);
• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• app usage and ad interaction data (for example, which ads were shown or completed).

This information is used to show ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud and, where you have consented, to personalize ads.

Where required by law (for example, in the EU, EEA and UK), the Games ask for your consent before personalized advertising is used. You can change your choice at any time in the Games' settings, if available, or reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. In-app purchases

The Games currently do not offer in-app purchases. If we add them in the future, payments will be processed by the app store you use (for example, Galaxy Store or Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. This policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent — for personalized advertising where consent is required;
• Legitimate interests — for showing non-personalized ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud and keeping the Games working;
• Responding to your request — when you contact us by email.

6. Data retention

Local game data stays on your device until you delete the Game or its data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.

7. International transfers

Our advertising partners may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers are carried out by those partners under safeguards permitted by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@mndpgames.com. Because we do not hold an account or identifiers for you, requests regarding advertising data may need to be directed to the relevant advertising partner.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

9. Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
